    -1 indoor parking space
    -Dogs weighing less than 20 pounds are permitted.
    -The use of any form of tobacco and cannabis (consumption or cultivation) will not be permitted in the condo.
    -Copy of home liability insurance is required by the Landlord.
    -No subletting of this dwelling will be allowed without the permission of the Lessor.
    -The Tenant must provide two months of payments upon signing a Promise to Lease or the Lease which will be cashed by the Lessor. These payments will be for the first month's rent and
    the last month's rental payment.
    -a Move-in fee of 200$ and a move out fee of 200$ will be required at the expense of the tenant.
    -Both Air exchanger and central system filter must be changed by the tenant as per the co-property recommendation.
