    The following clauses will form an integral part of the lease:

    -No cats or dogs will be allowed in the rented premises.

    -The use of any form of tobacco and cannabis (consumption or cultivation) will not be allowed in
    the rented premises.

    -Tenants will have to maintain tenant insurance with a civil liability of 1 million for the duration of the lease and provide a copy of this contract to the landlords.

    -No subletting of any kind (including AirBnb)for this condo will be allowed without the authorization of the Lessor.

    -A credit check will be required by the Lessor.

    -An advance on the first month's rent, as a deposit, must be paid to the landlord. This will be collected before the payment of the first month's rent. Following a departure (end of lease), this
    advance will be given to tenants, within 48 hours, after the verification of the premises, which must be returned under the same conditions as when taking possession.

    -The tenant is required to make good use of the appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher). He will be required to assume the costs relating to the damage to repair the rented property.

    -Tenants agree to respect the regulations of the condominium and are responsible for any fine incurred.
